Glen Anthony Sollors

I am an experienced outdoor enthusiast and member of British Columbia's Lions Bay Search and Rescue.

I have a strong background in leadership, business, and relationship development. My energy, endurance, respect for nature, and well-honed ability to connect with people, make me a leader who embraces the power of employees, clients, and leaders in order to enhance success.

I have worked with all levels of management from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Most recently I worked for a leader in experiential learning; Pinnacle Pursuits. My business experience has helped me understand the pressures facing industry leaders today. My business ethics, strong communication skills, integrity, and respect for individuals, and the ability to live my dreams, has made me a strong leader.

For fun, I enjoy nature and exercize. I'm done running Marathon's. Boston was my goal which I did, and now I need to save my knees. I have a strong passion for nature, adventure and exploration. I want to trek and experience the world. A highlight was my reaching the 4130 meter altitude Base Camp in Nepal’s Annapurna Sanctuary.

What sets me apart is my creativity, drive, and desire for reaching the summit. I am persistent and have an ability to motivate others and help clients reach their own personal summits.

My Recent Accomplishments:

- Qualified for and ran the 2008 Boston Marathon in 3:17
- Helped defined strategy and re-launched Pinnacle Pursuits as an all year-round business
- During my 5 years in BC, I've gotten to know a lot of the business community
- Opened my own business in 2006 based on my passion
- Initiated and implemented a 'strategic relationship' with Microsoft that accelerated Mobiform's market awareness and technology adoption
- Moved to BC in 2004 to live my dreams, not dream them
